They communicated with me frequently over the months of planning and got back to me within minutes each time I reached out. They even had a call with me to make sure we aligned on everything to make sure it was perfect. I had SO many guests comment on how amazing the photo quality was, how fun Preston & Leighton were, and so many raved on how great it was they could just text the photos to themselves. Preston and Leighton were great to work with! They always responded promptly and answered all my questions. On the date of the event they arrived with great props and back drop. Their photo equipment was very professional and nice. They stayed the whole event to make sure that everything ran smoothly. I had no stress at all that evening. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing includes everything - set up, take down, prints, template creation, text/email sharing, & props. We have one flat rate, so you don't have to worry about us costing more on the weekends. Printing is not included with our digital only booth which starts at $249.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After we are hired we send over a simple onboarding form & invoice. The onboarding form collects all the details we need to start process of designing your event! We try to make booking with us as easy as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelors in Graphic design (a skill used to creat amazing templates)
