- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep it simple — no hidden fees and no weekend surcharges. Our Salsa booth starts at $499, Guac at $699, and Tortilla 360 at $899, each for the first two hours with $100/hr after. Every package includes setup, takedown, a dedicated attendant, backdrop, props, and digital sharing. We also offer a drop-off Selfie Station starting at $399. Multi-day event discounts available!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you book with us, we send a simple onboarding form and invoice. The form helps us collect everything we need — event details, theme, photo strip design preferences — so we can start designing your custom template. Our goal is to make the entire process effortless from booking to the big day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Leighton holds a Bachelor's in Graphic Design with a photography focus, which she uses to create custom photo strip templates for every event. She also brings over 15 years of customer service experience. Preston handles operations, event logistics, and making sure every guest has a blast.
