First of all, we have a lot of fun, and I love connecting with the students. I focus on instructing the musician as a whole. My instruction is well rounded, and organized in a simple way that is easy for the student to follow. All of my lessons are personalized and tailored to the individual to meet their needs, and are geared towards helping them to reach their goals. I cover everything from technique, posture, sight reading, and theory... to ear training, composition, musicality, and etiquette. One thing that I believe is unique about me, is my ability to lay a strong foundation for new beginners, and all students. I cover everything that a teacher can cover. With me, you know you are getting everything you need to move forward with any of your musical goals. I have experience in working with all levels, and ages. I also have experience in working with children and adults who have disabilities. I feel that I stand out in my ability to connect with each and every student, and in working well with young children, those with disibilities, as well as adult beginners. As far as recitals go, rather than doing large recitals that you have to sit through, I allow my students to choose whether or not they want to do recitals, competitions, etc. The recitals are what I call home recitals. Structured around the individual student and their families. These offer you flexibility and a more enjoyable experience, that is always approached with professionalism. Most of all, I LOVE teaching, and I love working with and getting to know my students and and their families, and watching them progress!
