Great experience with Salt City Plumbing, Heating & Air! Trey was prompt, courteous, and got our clogged drain taken care of quickly. He was able to remedy the problem without needing any additional equipment, and I really appreciated that we were only charged for the diagnostic instead of being upsold on work we didn’t need.
It’s refreshing to have someone come out, fix the problem, and be fair about the cost. Trey was professional, efficient, and helpful from start to finish. We’ll definitely use Salt City Plumbing, Heating & Air again and would absolutely recommend them!

They responded very quickly, and Shei took the time to inspect the problem with me, trace where the water was coming from, and explain what was happening in a way that was easy to understand.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to push unnecessary work. He confirmed that pumping the water out was the right immediate step and gave us practical recommendations to prevent potential damage in the future.

Our pricing system focuses on two things -
1. Giving control back to the consumer. We offer upfront pricing so you can make a decision before any work has been performed.
2. We do free estimates and second opinions. Pricing out a job without seeing it can be risky, but we understand that paying for someone to come out and make an assessment can get expensive. Each estimate is an opportunity to earn your business. Charging a fee just to come out is for companies more interested in the bottom line, than they are building a lasting relationship with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
