5 Stars: AJ is a Legend!
I had a drain issue that turned out to be more complicated than the original low quote suggested. I actually felt bad and told AJ I’d understand if he just got it "good enough" and headed out.
Instead, he said: "Whether you paid $100 or $100,000, I’ve got a job to do and I’m not leaving until I’ve done it!"

Our pricing system focuses on two things -
1. Giving control back to the consumer. We offer upfront pricing so you can make a decision before any work has been performed.
2. We do free estimates and second opinions. Pricing out a job without seeing it can be risky, but we understand that paying for someone to come out and make an assessment can get expensive. Each estimate is an opportunity to earn your business. Charging a fee just to come out is for companies more interested in the bottom line, than they are building a lasting relationship with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
