- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and we offer some of the best warranties in the area. We also have financing options for home owners who were not anticipating a roof replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and do a though inspection of your roof, and prepare an inspection report that is clear and understandable. We will meet with you to go over the inspection report and all of the options that are available to you, with clear explanations, so that you are empowered to make the best decision for your project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many things to consider when hiring a contractor, are they properly licensed and insured. Do they warranty their workmanship? Are they part of any trade organizations that support their craft? Are they professional? Is there an office location that you could visit?
