I came to Zach with two separate issues, and he advised me which issue wasn't worth fixing for my budget. My ? Folder is gone and my Mac is running again. Honest and trustworthy, on par with same diagnosis as an actual stores in town but half the cost.!!

Great experience. Had issues with a dead cable running through the crawl space into a bedroom, and Zach was able to replace the cable the next day, and within 2 hours. Would definitely reach out again to Zach if we have other issues arise.

Zach was able to obtain my data/ programs, and copy them to a flash drive I provided. He walked me through what had happened and explained that it was a software "MBR" sp ? error and not a hardware problem. My hard drive was reusable and he offered to redownload my windows and other basic software as on it as well for $30.00 more. He was not pushy, but very friendly and left all the choices up to me.
So far so good, I have been able to install my programs and have been using my computer. Zach also recommended another hard drive and automated backup. I may be back in the future but am on a budget for now.

Zachary fit us into his schedule on the same day of our request. When our wiring ended up incompatible with the NEST we purchased he went above and beyond to find out why. He gave us expert advice and refused the fee because he couldn't install the thermostat. I would highly recommend Perk-it and I will definately use this company again!

Perk-IT greatly exceeded our expectations! They were very easy to work with, flexible, had very competitive pricing and the job was done perfectly! Their professionalism with the director of the center was second to none! It was a difficult and tedious job for anyone, but they definitely stepped up to the plate and hit a HOME RUN! Thanks so much to Zach and his team! I’m looking forward to using them again for more similar projects that we have upcoming! Job information: 23 IP cameras, local viewing monitors, remote viewing, electrical outlet addition,interior and exterior cameras, server installation, 2 story large commercial building with extremely high ceilings for several of the camera runs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Diagnostics on all equipment brought to perk-it and we only charge once the job is complete.
We offer flat rate pricing on all fixes that allow me to do work on my own time such as hardware replacement/repair or software reinstalls, etc.
We charge hourly for on-call jobs such as network troubleshooting, systems administration, Wifi or internet issues, and other onsite related calls.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1 A brief response on what we can do to help.
#2 A quick discussion on the phone if possible in order to fully understand the customer's needs as to not waste any of their time.
#3 An appointment to diagnose or fix the issue.
#4 Payment after the job is complete and the customer is happy.
#5 Follow up info in case customer has any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College Degree, Cisco, Microsoft and COMPTIA certifications.
2+ years of experience in companies for networking and 6+ years for computers. 8+ and 12+ personally.
