Garret got back to my request same day and we spoke about my project. I wanted to tear out a wall and wanted to be 100% sure it was not load bearing. Garret came out 2 days later and confirmed it was not load bearing, he sent an engineer stamped letter a couple hours later. I will definitely be using him as a contact for future projects.
