Shawn was very easy to work with, was quick to respond and schedule and finish my tiling job - within a week of my request, the work was completed to great satisfaction. He was very professional and taught me about what he was doing - which was nice to know!! He was also a great value compared to a lot of others out there!

Shawn was great to work with. My tile was done within a week of receiving his quote and it looks amazing! He was very attentive and really makes sure he’s doing what the customer wants. I’ll definitely be coming back to him in the future!

I didn't actually get to work with Alteration Homes LLC because my project fell through. But when I posted the job I was on a tight deadline and they were able to give me an estimate within 24 hours, which I really appreciated. The estimate was also thorough and seemed very fair. From my admittedly limited experience I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Shawn is a superb contractor -- I can't recommend him highly enough. He renovated two bathrooms and an entryway for us. Renovations came out beautiful. The couple of issues that came, he fixed immediately and without question. For example, when replacing one of the bathtubs, there was additional work required to get the drain/plumbing hooked up that he hadn't included in the bid. He just took care of it. His price was also more that competitive and he completed the project in a timely manner. The bottom-line is Shawn has a lot of integrity. If he tells you he will do something, he does it. His team shows up on time and they pay attention to detail. If he needs additional help to ensure the job is done right, he'll bring it in. The bid he gives you is accurate and if there is a change order (we asked for extra work), it will be priced reasonably. I would definitely hire him again and will recommend him to my friends.
