- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always played around with cameras, so I decided to take a filmmaking course a number of years ago. Since then I've realized that i can very easily make a living meeting people and playing with a camera.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I usually do commercial/promotional work for small businesses. The most fun, however are narrative, or short experimental documentary work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The price can be shocking, but know that only a fraction of it is for the professional's take-home. Most of the cost is covering equipment and paying for music/actors/locations depending on what is applicable.
