FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project has a different budget, due date, run time among other varying circumstances so cost will vary but I will break that down with you and come up with a solidified cost beforehand. If you need a revision, the first is free, but the second I will have to charge however I will let you know ahead of time what that will cost and do everything I can to keep the cost low.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessing the needs of the customer including budget is the first step. The best way to do that is to have a brief conversation over the phone or over email or text if that is preferred then I will give you a quote that will never exceed the maximum cost unless communicated ahead of time. After an assessment is created I will send over a digital contract and maintain communication with updates to the project accordingly. Once revisions are approved I will send out the final product once payment is received. I try to make this process as seamless and as easy as possible. I am always open to communication during the production as the process is a collaboration and a shared vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Film and Media Minor Certificate in Arts and Technology I have ten years of experience performing the entire video production process in a team and as an individual while working with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and a variety of other multimedia programs.
