Becca was our wedding planner and coordinator. Throughout the process, she was always prompt, professional, and direct. We live in Texas and were having a Utah wedding in the mountains, and had continual videochats with Becca about everything. She was extremely helpful in keeping us on track in the months leading up to the wedding and did a ton of leg work in helping us research photographers, DJs, caterers, babysitters, etc. She helped drive vendor negotiations. We collaborated on the theme of the event and decorations, really keeping to our focus of centering around bringing our friends and family together and traveling. Becca helped develop our save the date postcards & RSVPs that came out beautifully. She helped coordinate all guest accommodations (and we had all out of town guests), and helped us book a great hotel for our whole party (Park City Peaks Hotel, highly recommend). I had a couple of DIY decor projects that I did and Becca gave me great ideas on making mini map flowers to tie all of our themes together. Becca also helped us stay aware of our budget throughout the process. She kept both my husband and I accountable for each task that we were spearheading or needed to follow up on. On the day of, her execution was flawless. There are so many more things that Becca helped us with that I cannot list them all here. Thank you!

I’m so lucky to have found Becca! She has worked tirelessly to make our wedding and reception perfect. She has gone above and beyond with all the COVID drama going on. Becca is a treasure. She made planning our wedding so easy and so stress free. She is so organised, and so resourceful.
