I have a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and Wellness. I specialize in creating not just 'fitness plans,' but wellness-based, whole-person LIFESTYLE plans. I work with clients to learn how to get stronger both physically and mentally. We work on muscle strength, flexibility, nutrition counseling, meditation/stress reduction, yoga, and behavior changes to ensure that each and every person that works with me if first and foremost happy and well for the LONG-TERM. I have been working with clients for over 7 years. I try to keep my clientele small and personal, so that each and every person I work gets an experience so specialized for them, they couldn't go anywhere else to feel enhanced and nurtured for their goals. I have a passion for the individualization in training. I will become an expert on how to help you and you specifically, or I will help you find someone who can. I believe in the whole person; mind, body and spirit. I am a certified yoga instructor, nutrition counselor, wellness coach, corporate wellness administrator, and personal trainer. I have worked in the corporate and private sector. I love teaching group fitness classes as well as doing private group instruction. I am passionate about wellness. I lead retreats, workshops and other health-related seminars. I have spent my life studying this field and the psychology of behavior change. Together with the scientific research and my own qualitative experiences, I believe I have the know-how to help people achieve their goals, both short and long-term.

Rachelle is amazing. She was very flexible with my schedule and she was able to meet pretty much whenever I requested. I hired her to help me train to cycle across the country and she created workouts that I could replicate on my own time, as well as taught me the correct way to do workout moves so I wouldn't get injured. A great mix of sweat, fun, yoga, spinning, strength training and cardio. She always kept it fresh, new and exciting. She helped me a lot and I would recommend her to anyone who likes to workout outside with a wonderful person!

Rachelle is an amazing wellness coach. She uses intellectual techniques, and doesn't utilize any trendy weight loss or 'quick fix' regimens. It's about long term wellness with her approach. You won't be disappointed with any services she offers.

Rachelle really cares about her clients. She personalizes our sessions to focus on what I need most. I was having a bad week, and I met with her over the weekend for a yoga session. Unfortunately, my schedule and location would not allow me to meet up with Rachelle, but our messaging back and forth was uplifting. She knows her customer service and her profile looks fantastic! I'm hoping to meet up with her in the near future, when my schedule permits. Rachelle is very friendly and it looks like she has a good thing going.
