- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts on packages of three or more sessions. I'm glad to apply a sliding scale to particular circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually chat by phone to learn a bit more about each other, so we can make sure its a good fit and I can tailor the class to your needs. From there, we schedule our first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal practice. I spend a lot of my off-time reading yoga books, blogs and geeking out on anatomy. Also, I regularly attend workshops and trainings throughout the year. I'm Utah's only certified SmartFLOW teacher!
