Introduction: There's a lot of yoga out there. I was fortunate to discover early on in my yoga journey what I consider, one of the most professional and full of integrity yoga programs and teachers out there. So the bar was set high on what a yoga experience can be. After some time of teaching, studying and practicing I believe I offer the type of experience and expertise that drew me into yoga many, many years ago. Yoga is powerful practice, like no other! It's truly a privilege to be able to share it with others. I find it to be an empowering mind-body approach that helps us to take on many of perils of modern life. The short version, I love yoga and I love teaching. I love sharing with people a practice they can use to feel strong in their body and in their lives.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts on packages of three or more sessions. I'm glad to apply a sliding scale to particular circumstances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually chat by phone to learn a bit more about each other, so we can make sure its a good fit and I can tailor the class to your needs. From there, we schedule our first session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal practice. I spend a lot of my off-time reading yoga books, blogs and geeking out on anatomy. Also, I regularly attend workshops and trainings throughout the year. I'm Utah's only certified SmartFLOW teacher!
