You know all those Chuck Norris memes you see? Phhhtttt THIS guy… he came over… he didn’t even need to come in. He lifted up my house with one hand, while rearranging and correcting all of my plumbing with the other!!!
Ok… actually he called me quick and said “I’m happy to come help, or I can walk you through how to fix this easy and save you several hundred dollars. Like… who does that anymore? Seriously- if I ever need anything ever again, he’s got my business.

Had to have my water heater completely replaced, had several professionals come out and I eventually settled on Drain Kingz. And I’m glad I did, they were very knowledgeable, ensured I knew exactly what was going on and why. They made sure I knew exactly what to expect and what I was getting. This was a night and day difference compared to other professionals. They were very reasonable with pricing and extremely friendly, they also came out on their day off to take a look and see if it could be repaired easily and got me scheduled to have a new one installed asap the next morning. I will be a reoccurring customer for my plumbing needs.

This team was fantastic. We had a tricky issue where our soft water line was feeding into our sprinkler system, and they were able to reroute the entire hard line to fix it.
They were professional and respectful, wearing boot covers to keep our home clean, cleaning up thoroughly afterward, and restoring everything outside after digging. They were knowledgeable, kind, and got the job done right. I would highly recommend them.

Great plumber. Responded quick. Came out next day on a weekend, got both projects done of sealing off some unused plumbing and moving a drain pipe so we could put a window in! Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Get first responders 10% off we’re not charged after hours so we can fee and we do not stack prices so if we start our project and develop the whole project over there needs to be done we feel for what we’ve done we’re doing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because they call us from a certain situation and we like to address that, but we also would like to provide a high-quality service. We always offer free home inspections, and also listen to what they have to say about their problem not just assume that we understand and also we like to walk through the journey from start to finish
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree I had my master plumbing license. I have my contractors license I’m in plumbing for 10 years. I also have 14 years military time medical retired 2024
