Introduction: I love the music and being a part of the party! DJ Doug Dawson specializes in weddings, dances and any party that needs great music! My goal at every event id to make it special and successful with the right MUSIC, SOUND and LIGHTING for your party!
I love to meet with my clients to go over all the details of their event: the right music, the right sound equipment set up and any other special or custom details. We communicate with you prior to the wedding or party to make sure that “we have everything right”!
I love being a part of the soundtrack of your “special moments” by providing a specialized service. I love to make people happy be providing the RIGHT MUSIC for THEIR party, dance or event!
My goal, no Matter what type of music or event, is to ROCK the PARTY and make you look good!

Doug did an amazing job with set up, music, professionalism, and handling all the curve balls thrown at him. He played all the music we wanted and our wedding party never stopped dancing! I totally recommend him and would hire him again in a second.

Doug was absolutely outstanding! He was very professional. He played all the music that was requested. He played some music off a cd that was composed by a family member. He even helped calm me down when a few stressful moments had arisen. He kept things running smoothly all night. He was fast in setting up and breaking down his equipment. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for deejay. Thanks Doug for an awesome evening!

DJ Doug was professional and above all...in tune with the flow of the party. Music was soft were it needed it to be...and upbeat where it needed it to be. I would recommend his services as well as use him for future events I have!!

Doug did a really good job. Him and his crew were happy and willing to take requests. We had him preform at our wedding and he was willing to meet with us before hand and he followed up with us very well about what the plan was.(What needed played when, ceremony,dance floor,ect.) We also brought 3 cd's of our own in case he didn't have what we wanted but In his database I believe he would have had 85% of our requests. (We listen to some pretty of beat music so 85% is pretty good.) At our wedding we weren't in need of an MC so much as we handled it for the most part on our own, but mic access was great. But I think Doug, if needed, could MC a wedding great, especially in Utah. He was familiar with the venue and was knowledgable about what questions to ask to give US what WE wanted. I had a little frustration when he was asking questions during a busy time what opening songs were to be played when but that's is entirely my fault, as I was so busy, I lacked time to explain, and failed to email him ahead of time what exactly it was we wanted. Doug still made it happen! Overall, the willingness to accomadate was great and had "I" Taken the time before the wedding to explain things, I think Doug would have been perfect. Doug was more than willing to meet and/or email me.
