- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each package includes an hour and a half session plus a 15 minute introduction and session recap, and is priced based on; the size of dog(s) being trained, the number of dog(s) being trained, as well as an added charge for aggression packages that apply to all dogs in the home. Basic Obedience Training-$30/small dogs, $35/medium dogs, $40/large dogs. $25/Puppies. Attention to Commands-$30/small dogs, $35 medium dogs, $40/ large dogs. $20/Puppies Positive Reinforcement Training-$25/small dogs, $30/medium dogs, $35 large dogs, $20/Puppies Boundary Training-$30/ small dogs, $35/medium dogs, $40/large dogs, $25/Puppies Leash Training-$25/small dogs, $30/medium dogs, $35/large dogs, $20/Puppies Each package will add $5 for each additional dog with the largest dog as the base price, aggression packages will add $10 for each dog in the home with the largest dog as the base price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First visit includes a getting to know you introduction session, with a recap of why I am there and what the customers are expecting. I walk through what each session will include and how we will reach the end goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly looking for opportunities to learn and grow as a trainer. I am always reading stacks of books on different methods and taking what I learn and molding it to fit into my passion.
