- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our dumpster rentals in Utah have very simple pricing - $275 for a 10-yard roll-off dumpster for one week. That includes drop-off, pick-up, and up to 2 tons of waste. Our pricing is the same for all customers within our service areas. Taxes are not included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with Griffin Waste Services of Utah is a very simple process: you request a quote and we'll send it via text or email. Once you review your quote you can accept it directly in the text or email and it gets added to our schedule. That's it. We usually call if we have questions or need specific instructions, but generally it's a very simple process of requesting a quote, receiving the quote, and accepting or rejecting the quote for your dumpster rental.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a family owned and operated business. We are a father and son team who got started in this work as a way to share our entrepreneurial spirit with the youngest generation of our family, to teach our children that hard work pays off, and to help serve our neighbors with a great dumpster rental service in Utah.
