- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are estimates, an accurate price will be provided before any project start after customer agrees in writing to terms and price. Every project is different, so only estimates are initially provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate with the customer about what they are going to have done on any job, what their expectations are for a completed project, their time frame & budget. Discuss options if any, my pricing & availability before finalizing any project prior to a signed agreement for job details, prices & completion date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Habitat for Humanity volunteer, homeowner with many children so there’s an abundance of experience in repairs of all kinds, painting, lawn care, direct marketing crew management , retail store resets, customer service specializing in dispute resolutions, business development and marketing are a few. Our team members have experience and certifications in a wide range of specialty fields from HVAC, electrical, plumbing, concrete, framing, carpentry, aluminum siding, gutter installation and cleaning, full maid service, companionship, caregivers, office assistance, organization, interior home design and staging, even full service top and bottom yacht maintenance!
