I can’t say enough good things about this moving company. From start to finish, they were organized, efficient, and extremely professional. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and treated our belongings with care and respect. They were friendly, communicative, and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it in our new home. Moving can be overwhelming, but they truly made the process stress-free. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

Atlas Moving Company was amazing. I liked how professional and responsive they are. I received a quick response through Thumbtack each time I contacted them. I also appreciated the invoice that was sent when I scheduled the job. It made the experience feel very professional. Their pricing model is the best I found. We had them do a local move (about 55 miles), with two drop-off locations. They did a great job and we couldn't have been more pleased. I would highly recommend Atlas Moving Company.

They were really awesome and they are very nice.Gi said they did a great job.I've even helped me move some of my smaller stuff.They didn't complain and gripe like the other companies I have hired. They took great care with my furniture as it was brand new and it was very heavy. And I had to go down and upstairs. I wish I had hired them to move everything. I don't know if they would have charged me. But it took me 3 more days to get everything out. I had so many tabs, but you know, you always can't afford everything, but I am exhausted if I had to move that heavy furniture. I couldn't have done it. They were done in an hour and a half completely finished, amazing!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is upfront! no fuel charge, service fee, maintenance charge, mileage charge, etc. these are the things that are usually tacked on at the end of the moving process and can come with sticker shock.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're trying to bring customer service and hospitality to the moving industry in Utah. In this modern age, I really just try to do what the customer would like to do for the booking process. some people like to message via email or text some people like to get a phone call immediately, but no matter what we always are thorough and fast. We are really all about the customer experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a supervisor, driver, and lead mover for one of the big box moving companies. After getting my bachelor's degree in business I decided I wanted to take what I learned and open up what I hope to be the best moving company in Utah!
