- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call to learn about your property and goals. Once we confirm the fit, we immediately begin setup: professional staging, listing creation, pricing strategy, and guest prep. Within 14 days, your home is fully listed and booking-ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re experienced Airbnb Superhost and Vrbo Premier Host with 7+ years in the industry. We specialize in short-term rental optimization, guest experience, dynamic pricing, and review management. Our team is also trained in hospitality service, property maintenance, and STR compliance.
