- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real estate agents are required to have 18 continuing education credit hours prior to renewing their licenses every two years. Personally, with all there is to know and with all the laws that are constantly changing, I surpass the required hours by consistently taking classes to increase my knowledge and expertise.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Almost 10 years ago now, we moved out of our home and into a new one, only we didn't sell our previous home. We kept it as an investment property (rental). Also, we only upgraded in location...we bought the ugliest house in the neighborhood and are in the process of renovating it to provide immediate increases in equity. I've loved every minute of the last few years so much, including the management of my rental house, that I decided to make the move to real estate. I've never looked back.

Single-family and investment property buying and selling.
