So recently I was in need of getting some solar panels of mine covered from the pigeons. Those nasty buggers put crap all over the barbecue and everything. So I needed someone to take care of it and we came across Russell through a contact you got it done for us. He was professional, clean and got the job done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we maintain a balance of excellent pricing and top-notch service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a time to come and do an inspection of the the solar panels, bird issues and the scope of the job. Third, we quote. If they accept, we schedule a time to perform the service. We give full copies of pre-inspection, pictures of before and after, sign up service agreement and and give them a copy of our best in industry 5-year warranty on our services and products.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing pigeon and pest guard and washing solar panels for 3 years now. We do regular Education and Training on the most recent products and procedures to make sure they get the best performance and to never avoid a warranty. We are 100% Problem free.
