- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?when we start out with a new customer we try to get the most info possible on how we can improve their experience and do our best to guide them through the hosting process. We also strive to be as reliable, friendly and experienced as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working in the server and hosting world for 15+ years. Before that I worked in the eCommerce and website development business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I had the idea to start a web hosting company in OCt of 2008 while in the shower.
