- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for life coaching, mindfulness meditation, and trauma-informed yoga are all priced differently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our sessions, we will establish personal strategies that align with your values and current needs for this particular journey of life, and recalibrate when needed to move forward. 1. Focusing on foundations - gaining clarity 2. Personal Systems - Designing and executing habits/routines 3. Goal setting - taking action on creating tangible results 4. "Check ins" - out of session support I will not tell you what I think you should do. However, I will give support and encouragement. I am not certified in diagnosing treatment in a therapeutic way or tell you what you need.
