Me and my wife are so impressed with Francis Remodeling & Basement. They really have the final touch!
We are finishing our basement and have searched for a long time to find people who do good work and have good prices. (Which is really hard to do) And we have found that Francis Remodeling & Basement is the best construction company in Utah to finish or remodel! We found their prices and quality of work to be extremely great! The workers have been on time, respectful, clean and professional. (The workers clean up after themselves too!) The work is superb and we're constantly impressed with the quality
We are planning on using this company for other projects we have around the house and would recommend them to anyone looking to finish or remodel anything. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and the results are fantastic!

Working with this team was an absolute dream! When we first met I was told “I am your genie in a bottle, just ask and we will do it!” This was 100% the truth! They took all of our request and made them happen. If something was not exactly what we wanted or was not perfect, they fixed it! Even when our budget was running low we worked together to deliver what we wanted and stay within budget. I will say that they are truly genies in the bottle and I recommend them!
