Introduction: My wife, Sheena, and I (Tylor) have spent the last 3 years flipping houses full-time in Northern Utah and Central Florida. We have flipped, sold, or purchased for rentals of over 80 investment homes. We are now looking to begin to offer labor and services for homes owned by others, and not just ourselves. We are excited to offer the high level of service which we demand for our own properties to other people in Salt Lake and surrounding counties. Some people may be less expensive, but we never cut corners! We particularly are offering services for installing base/case/trim work (my wife's specialty), installing laminate or LVP flooring (also my wife's specialty), installing bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, hanging artwork, lighting, hardware, along with many other general handyman-type services. Prior to flipping houses, I owned a moving and storage company working for high-end interior designers. So I am also able to provided assembly and installation services for furniture and equipment. I also hung art work for high-end art galleries', dealers, and owners. I have hung individual pieces of art work with values up to $3M.
