- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing. We also do not charge any money up front to begin your project. Our customers will only pay as we go through the project. Payments will only be made for work that is completed to the customers satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In general we like to connect with our customers first and learn more about their project. Typically this is done via email, text or a phone call. If it feels like we will be a good match, we then like to meet with the customer and visit their project. An estimate is then provided to the customer. If the customer feels comfortable moving forward, we then write up a contract and both parties sign. The customer is then given a start date for their project and estimated timelines.
