- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as fair as possible. Each pet and customer is unique, but we promise to work with you and act in your best interest! We are constantly offering free additions to your order and giving discounts. We want it to be the best place to bring your pet, but also easy on the wallet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, we always bring your groomer out to meet you and your pet. We believe this is important for a variety of reasons. First, your pet can become less nervous with a new person. Second, you can tell the groomer exactly what you want and need. Third, the groomer can explain his/her process and share any concerns and ask questions.
