- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $75 per hour for the lead organizer and $65 per hour for team organizers. We always haul away a carload of donations at no additional cost after each organizing session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a free initial consultation over the phone, 10-15 minutes. Then we make an appointment for the first organizing session. You can choose to be a part of the process to whatever degree you are comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of Utah Professional Organizers and have served on their board, have received a certificate of completion for the Clear and SIMPLE Level I Training, teach a class about organizing at the University of Utah's Lifelong Learning program, and regularly read and stay current on the latest trends in organizing.
