I have been serving the greater Wasatch Front for over 20 years as a Realtor and over 15 years as a property manager in Utah, Davis and Salt Lake Counties. I am a licensed Associate Broker and have earned special certifications and designations a an expert negotiator, a buyer and seller specialist. As a property manager, I limit the number of accounts I manage at any given time to ensure you get the service you deserve. Because I have recently helped a number of my clients sell off their investment properties, I am available to take on a limited number of new accounts!
I have been managing properties for nearly 20 years now. Each customer relationship is different and I offer some custom tailoring of my services for you, to ensure you're completely satisfied. I have systems and software in place to make tenant screening, payment collection, communication all top notch. I do not charge excessive fees and there are never hidden fees. You'll know from day 1 exactly what fees will be charged and I allow you to be as involved, or uninvolved as you'd like to be. I only offer full service property management and serve clients from in Salt Lake, Davis and Utah Counties.
*I DO NOT offer short term management services (vacation rental, air bnb etc).

Travis has been an exceptional propertymanager. He stepped into a challenging situation where we had been self-managing and dealing with tenants who wanted to vacate early to pursue activities that violated HOA rules. Travis handled everything with professionalism, navigating the transition smoothly and quickly securing new tenants who have been fantastic. Hes reliable, communicative, and always keeps us in the loop on important matters. We genuinely dont know how wed be able to manage an out-of-state property without him. Highly recommend!

Travis has been great in helping me manage my property during these stressful times! He is also very responsive which is what I need since I am renting out of state. During the walkthrough he clearly conveyed what needed to be done to make the property more presentable. Pricing is also very fair and honestly a great value for what he does!

Travis was a great help as we were deciding to rent or sell. He did not pressure us even though one choice would have been to his benefit. He had a lot of insight and would have gone with him as propertymanagement if we had not decided to sell.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For property management, I charge an initial one-time fee of $500. This includes filling the initial vacancy with marketing, showings, necessary background/credit checks etc. I charge 7% of the monthly rent, thereafter and $400 to fill future vacancies. I do not charge surcharges for repairs, inspections etc. There are no hidden fees. No surprises. If you want me to do a walk thru consultation, I charge $200 and that entire amount is credited to the one-time fee if you sign on with me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Realtor and Property Manager. I'm an Associate Broker at my agency and have been managing single family homes, town homes and condos for over 20 years.
