- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to clear your wedding date on our calendar, then set up an initial no-cost consultation to help you decide if Nancy or Leland is the right fit for you and your wedding. A deposit is required to reserve your date with the balance due prior to the ceremony.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Nancy's background includes event planning, vocal performance, public speaking and spiritual leadership with business and not-for-profit organization event planning. Leland's background includes radio broadcast, I love working with couples on their wedding day!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about the style and type of wedding you are planning. We like to ask couples about their love story; how did they meet? when was their first kiss? who did the proposing? We also like to talk a little about family dynamics and if there are people who have passed on that should be honored in some way.
