My computer had been working slowly for about 5 months, even when using Mcafee. Chrome wouldn't open, I couldn't add new files to my documents, and Skyrim would immediately shut down when opened. I tried everything that the internet suggested, ran windows defender, and even took it to my campus' computer technicians who said my computer was clean, although all the problems were still there. I told Mike what was going on with my computer, and within a short while he had detected and removed at least 19 different types of malwares and viruses. He gave me a full report of everything he had done, and my computer works better than the day I bought it. He even gave some suggestions about what I could do to protect my computer in the future. He was professional, very helpful, and fast. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is having any sort of computer problem.
