- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a detailed consultation to understand the client’s needs, expectations, facility type, and operational schedule. We then conduct an on-site assessment to evaluate square footage, traffic levels, special requirements, and any compliance considerations. After that, we provide a clear and itemized proposal outlining scope of work, frequency, pricing, and service standards. Once approved, we implement a structured onboarding process, assign a trained team, and establish quality control checkpoints. We also maintain consistent communication to ensure satisfaction and make adjustments when necessary.

Our team is required to undertake a specialized course that provides them with the necessary training to effectively operate in our industry. In addition, they have participated in several seminars to stay informed about emerging chemicals that can be used to ensure the environment remains as clean as possible.
