- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Get first responders 10% off we’re not charged after hours so we can fee and we do not stack prices so if we start our project and develop the whole project over there needs to be done we feel for what we’ve done we’re doing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because they call us from a certain situation and we like to address that, but we also would like to provide a high-quality service. We always offer free home inspections, and also listen to what they have to say about their problem not just assume that we understand and also we like to walk through the journey from start to finish
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree I had my master plumbing license. I have my contractors license I’m in plumbing for 10 years. I also have 14 years military time medical retired 2024
