Our family got a custom-built computer that will grow with our needs/skills at a price that beats anything of similar quality we would have bought at a store.
Kris' calm demeanor, active listening and attention to detail really inspired our trust- especially when compared to the condescending tone we've encountered from other tech specialists in the past.

I am a real estate agent and work at my office building, both computers on our business network crashed. So I call my usual computer guy and they told me I had to load everything up and bring it over which is not possible because they are all attached to a business network. I went on KSL and looked for someone with good recommendations. That is when I found Kris at Star-Tech. He came out and fixed everything for me at a great price and my computers and printers have been working great ever sense. I would recommend Star-Tech to anyone who wants high quality and honest service.
