Dan was great to work with. He came out the same day and did not charge me to come look at my project. He worked quick and was able to finish under budget. I had him stay and do more work than I originally planned. He was very friendly. I would hire him again.

I had a problem with a breaker at my home and Dan came out the next day and repaired the issue in a very professional manner. Work was thorough and high quality. Service was very timely. Call was made at 4 PM Monday and repair visit was complete Tuesday at 10 AM. The cost was lower than I expected. Dan charged $35/HR and I think he is worth over $50/HR for a service call.

Dan called me to do the job, then said he would show up and even asked for my address, but after setting on a time I never heard from him again. Definitely not professional in his interactions. Could have at least told me he didn't have time instead of standing me up while I waited for him to come over and never responding to me.

I had 2 jobs for them--find wires to my outside outlets at my house and my office--they completed the one job at my house, although I still don't really understand if all the outside outlets are supposed to be controlled from the one outlet, or if there are 2 separate switches (I think there are 2). The ones at my office are still not working properly-only half of my lights are actually working. I texted/emailed for 2 days, finally heard that they would get to me when they got back from vacation, waited another 2 days, and then just told them I would get someone else to manage it--not getting any answer was very frustrating.
