- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your training cost depends on the size of the session pack you choose. Most clients invest in our 12, 24, or 48-session packages, which range from $50–$70 per session. We also offer flexible payment plan options, or you can save 10% by paying upfront. We also do our coaching online through our own app!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a movement and strength assessment to identify your needs, goals, and any limitations. From there, I create a personalized training and nutrition plan tailored to your lifestyle. Sessions are 45–60 minutes, and every 6 weeks we retest progress to keep you moving forward.
