Super nice guy that does great work. Deon showed up and gave a great estimate and showed me samples of the siding he would use and gave me the estimate right on the spot. He and his brother started a few days later because my roof was being replaced, tore everything off and replaced all fascia, gutters and siding. He kept everything clean, was always on time, didn't exceed his estimate and worked his tail off to make my house look awesome. I couldn't ask for anything else! I even called him back a couple weeks after the fact to do a couple more gutters that I didn't think needed to be replaced, but after the others were done they just looked out of place. If you need gutters, fascia or siding, this is your guy! Thanks again Deon!

Deon replied back quickly on Thumbtack.
Deon replies back to emails and text messages in a timely manner.
Deon was able to access the perimeter and give me an estimate in less then 20 mins of what the project would cost.
Once that was set he gave me option as far as times and dates. He was super flexible to make it work for me and my family.
Deon was a one person man that was able to get my gutters and downspout down quickly and neatly. He relocated some of my downspouts to a different location on my house so that way it does not cause damage to my foundation or flooding.
He was able to get it completed in less than 2 hours.
I would definitely reccomend D'Smart Exterior to anyone who is looking to get their gutters, downspouts and chimney down in a time crunch.

Soon after buying our home we hired Deon to replace the old, seamed gutters and to repair and line our fascia with aluminum. He was great to work with, came out right away to give us a bid and was ready to start work immediately after we contacted him.
Our old gutters were full of debris but Deon still managed to keep everything clean throughout the duration of the project. The final result is not only seamless and functional, but beautiful as well!

Deon was prompt, beat all the other bids and didn't try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. The work was fantastic and he cleaned up every scrap. I will use Deon again for sure! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
