- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get a new customer the office will call you directly to know more about your move. We will write up an estimate and talk about the prices. Everything that we talk about is on the estimate and there will be NO hidden fees. We than secure the date you are wanting and will continue to be in communication up until the day of the move. We will make you feel comfortable with your move and the stress of the move will not be on your shoulders.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has worked in the moving Industry for over 10 plus years. We are always education ourselves on the newest and most efficient way to help you move to your new place.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
All of our workers have worked in the moving company industry for over 20 years combined. They each worked for other moving companies that treated us with disrespect. When we worked for other people we noticed that the customers move was just another dollar sign to them and that really didn't sit well with us. When we started our own company we had many big goals. One of the goals is to treat each customer like our own family. Moving can be very stressful and we want to help you feel like that stress is no longer present. We wanted to make sure no matter how big or small the job is we can bring a smile on our customers face as we wrap and handle your belongings with care.
