- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start our process with speaking with the customer to identify what their moving needs are. In most cases, we will have a relocation specialist go and physically walk through and get a better understanding of all the details of the move to better prepare the estimate. This also provides the proper information to help the customer to be ready as well as the crew to be prepared on the day of the move with the information they are going to need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our crews on how to pack properly, protect personal belongings and furniture, load and unload a truck properly and safely. We also train our crews on how to lift correctly whether alone or with someone else. We show them how to maneuver around corners, up and down stairs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company was started by 2 brothers helping their local community. The company has since grown both in size and experience. We currently have 2 managers that have over 30 years of experience each in the industry. They use and apply their knowledge towards helping to make the moving experience a memorable one. We also have experienced movers that care about everyone having a great experience as well.
