- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give you the best price for the quality work I offer , there is cheaper people out there but they aren’t always the best or if they under bid a job they don’t take the time to do it right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job is different but I usually like to know exactly what I’m doing so I can offer my customers the best price and not just bid higher to cover myself , remodel is a little different but that’s why you have the time and material option
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for 4 years and I been doing plumbing si ce 2005, remodel , big apartment buildings, commercial and service plumbing
