FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, our prices are based on the scope of the project, materials, and labor required. We aim to provide accurate estimates and avoid surprise costs. If there are any potential discounts or promotions available, we’d be happy to let customers know about those as well. Customers can expect us to be upfront about our fees and charges, and we’ll work with them to ensure they understand what they’re paying for. We’re committed to delivering high-quality services at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process typically starts with my wife Jennifer, who handles all our communication. She’ll get in touch with the client, coordinate a time and date for an estimate appointment, and ensure all their initial questions are answered. Then, I meet with the client on-site to discuss their project in detail, answer any additional questions they may have, and provide a thorough estimate. We’re efficient with our estimates, usually sending them out the same day or by the next business day. Once the estimate is accepted, we work with the client to schedule a start date, often within the same week. We’re flexible and aim to start projects as soon as the client requests, ensuring a quick turnaround and timely completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Everland Contractors, we hold the necessary licenses to operate in our field. This not only demonstrates our compliance with state and local regulations but also shows that we’ve met the required standards for knowledge and expertise. We’re proud to have the necessary credentials to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
