J&J removed a NASTY old doubled carpet and padding from my upstairs family room. The job was done well and in a timely fashion. I wish the installer had cleaned up a little bit better and we did have a little language difficulty, but he did the job exactly how I wanted it done - and I am very particular. The installer also went out of his way to help me to fix another carpet on the stairs, and he moved some heavy items for me and carried them to the basement. That was not in the contract. I had specifically said that I would take care of the items and I had not. He did it gratis and that was much appreciated. This is a company that clearly takes pride in their work. I am very pleased.

The pricing is wonderfull, but need to see some more time, how it is going to work. So far so good. Julio is nice guy and will definitely reccomond for any carpeting work.

If I told you how awesome Julio was, you probably wouldn't believe me. Let me just say the price was right, he went above & way behind the call of duty & finished early! Who does that? Julio does. Lol.
