Chef Wally was incredible! He was very responsive and went above and beyond the line of duty for us. He took care of every little detail and made our event worry free. Chef Wally is professional, very personable, helpful and his food is AMAZING! Best of the best!!

We used them for Thanksgiving. I was a little worried since I’m a good cook, but Rice was AMAZING!!! Food was great, service was great and they did a wonderful job cleaning up and packing up leftovers! My whole family can’t stop talking about what great food and a great time we had! I will use them again and again anytime I need catering! The cost was reasonable too! I cannot thank them enough!

I had a wonderful experience with Rice catering from start to finish. He was super flexible in designing a menu, he was on time, and communicative. The food was delicious!!! We had brunch and mimosas for a bridal shower. It was elegant and satisfying. Not to mention Chef Wally’s personality is very relaxed and helpful. Guests started arriving and he had it all set up so that I could enjoy the party and I wasn’t in the kitchen the whole time. The bride is now considering having him cater her wedding. I will definitely hire him again.

You tell me what your budget is, your likes and dislikes and I create a menu with a variety of selections and pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my future clients directly to ensure all of their catering needs are met. We customize a menu with many choices and pricing.Tastings are available if time permits. Once the menu, staffing and all other events needs are met, a contract is created.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a culinary degrees from L' Academy D' cuisine in Bethesda Maryland in 1991. I have worked in the most high end five star restaurants for the past two decades and have learned many techniques from iron chefs.
