About
We work with each client to customize a menu that fits their budget and desires! That's exactly what catering is! We want our clients to get the best they can get from our food and service while not feeling like they are stuck within one menu. When celebrating with family and friends, food is essential to the design of gatherings. We love when guests and clients enjoy what we bring to the table and recognize how we impact their event!

Both food and services was truly amazing... Good staff members and everyone was on point for recent our wedding ceremonial... And yes, I would hire and recommend Andrew's for his food and services to others... Thanks!

We picked Andrew Holden's Joy of Eating to cater my daughter’s wedding since I wanted to support a young entrepreneur in his effort to grow his business. Also, my daughter is a real foodie and the food for her wedding had to be a key focal point. Andrew did not fail us. Using seasonal local produce and working with our requests, he created a bridal feast that was fresh, flavorful and special. He was very flexible, working continually with my daughter in selecting appropriate table linens and other necessary items to make the whole presentation perfect. Looking forward to the opening of his new restaurant! --Melinda H.

Put simply, it's hard to think what Andrew could have donebetter in his handling of this dinner-for-eight. He was responsive and to-the-point from the beginning of our online interaction. He showed up when he said he would and looked terrific in his dark chef's coat. His demeanor and interaction with us and our guests were kept at the highest level of professionalism throughout the evening. He did not draw attention to himself in any way even though he was working in an open-plan kitchen, ensuring that we savored the experience and the food fully. When he served the food and wine he elegantly told us what we were having in a discreet and dignified manner. One hardly felt there was any cooking going on in the kitchen during the evening. There were no distracting sounds of any kind. And he indeed left everything as he had found it, like he said he would: he had brought much of his own equipment in a compact way and the few items of ours he did use were clean and back where he had found them when he left. He put away left-overs in Tupperwares in the fridge on his own initiative and showed them to me at the end. And when he left, he did so discreetly again without announcing his departure to everyone else, allowing the guests to hang around comfortably and not feel they had to go: in fact, the guests remained till 1.30 am. Last but not least, the food was great: creative and very good. The hors d'oeuvres were the right size so they weren't hard to eat. The salad was so beautifully presented and delicious that one of our guests, an ambassador, promptly asked Andrew for his card. His suggested wine pairings were much appreciated. Thank you, Andrew, and we hope to see you again.

Leena, Thank you very much for this glowing review. I really enjoyed cooking and serving you and your guests in your lovely home. It truly was a pleasure! I would gladly cook for you all anytime! Sincerely, Andrew PS- You won't believe it but the next day I ran into the ambassador while I was in DC at our kitchen. He was across the street and we shook hands! Small world!
