- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love being able to give someone a wonderful experience through the preparation of food. I was raised in the South and we love hospitality and of course Southern Sweet Tea!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our jobs really vary. We love taking care of our fraternity members. We love being able to work with a client with a tight budget and showing them the possibilities within that budget to really bless their guests, family or friends. We love helping someone who might not feel confident in the kitchen bring a wonderful spread to their family and friends (as we slip out the back door) and enjoy the applause and praise for their gift of hospitality. Our work is very rewarding and so enjoyable. I'm so proud every time we leave our clients smiling and enjoying their experience with us.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Feel free to share your desires for your event. Give as much information as you can so that your needs are the highest consideration. You are bringing a "working restaurant" basically into your home so sit back, relax and enjoy yourself and enjoy being pampered.
