It is all contingent on what kind of event it is, if we are serving or dropping off the food, if the food truck is required on site, headcount, location, etc.

A few things we need to know right away: What kind of catering event is it you are booking for? Date and time Headcount Desired menu Location of event Will you need the food truck on site? Location
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
