- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The current rate is $120 an hour cash or check. Add 5% for PayPal, or Venmo. This is payment for IT Consulting, Systems Administration, and etc. $160 an hour for Credit Card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and Greet. Understand the needs of the customer. Advise, consult, and work towards those goals. Also we work to improve their systems and or devices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor’s Degree & over 14 years working in the IT Field.
