We hired Susan as our wedding planner and dayof coordinator for our November wedding she was tremendous at every task we threw her way. She was on time in every meeting, rehearsal and day of. She offered us unlimited consultation and always helped us with things that weren't even in the contract. Susan and her team knew how to handle our multicultural and traditional wedding. Our biggest concern were some of our families but Susan was firm on her plan and timeline and she excuted the wedding like no one could which is exactly what we were looking for. Susan is such a hard worker who did an amazing job with my best friends baby shower which i was a part of the planning and making decisions, starting from the consultation she was very helpful with our budget and what we wanted to the day of the event quick responses on time we gave her pictures of what we wanted as for the guests tables and she actually did it better than what I expected it to be. All of the guest loved it and commented that it was so fancy and very beautiful I’d recommend her for everyone i know, and I would definitely book her again for any other special event! I hired Susan for my baby shower last minute (about a week before the event). She was so responsive and worked within my budget. We had a detailed consultation together and went over every detail. Let me say she is very detailed and thorough. On the day of my baby shower, I arrived to the venue and I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was my dream baby shower. I did not know where to start to help plan a wedding for my sister. I contacted Sahar and she was amazing from the beginning to the end she was putting my sisters vision together listening to what exactly what my sister wanted. All the guest kept commenting on how beautiful the decorations were and how well organized the wedding was. She helped plan her bachorlette party as well. We would text her call her meet up to talk about plans and colors and decor it was very enjoyable working with her side by side! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?we'll beat any prices GUARANTEED! if any company equilevent to Imperial Designs offers the lowest prices we'll beat that too. my prices for an event of 50 guests is around $1,300 and is negotiable depending on the type of decorations and equipment required. A wedding event of 200 guests is around $3800 depending on the decorations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A first conversation over the phone or in person is essential as it helps me to answer any questions and also to get to know my client. It is priority one to deliver exactly what the client wants. After I have gathered all the required details I then send a quote. my quotes are always negotiatiable without compromising any services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelors in Art and Design and volunteered weddings in Australia and the US
