Willard’s was responsive with feedback and estimates. Their professional staff respected our home snd were meticulous. They stayed and did not rush any part of the job. They took care with all of our items—big and small.
They were very detailed oriented and diligent. I cannot wait to use them again—I am literally looking around my house for more projects to call them for. This time it was hangingart! Bahram was amazing and pleasant to chat with.

The people at Willard get 6-stars out of 5. My project was seemingly basic & simple -- to hang 20 or so picture frames throughout the house. I quickly realized, though, that these framed prints need more than just a nail in the wall. The 2 guys from Willard knew that... and took care to not just move breakables and furniture but also measure, remeasure, use a level and get my OK for with their final placements. I was grateful to see that they came equipped with many tool kits and hardware; they brought whatever gear was needed to secure the prints to the walls. I also liked that the 2 guys were more than just handymen; they had a good eye for how the 20 or 20 prints "fit" each room visually. Truthfully, I chose Willard because their hourly fee was $25+ below what others charge. But the reviews were so positive, so genuine that I thought "what the heck" and, well, that turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made during my home make-over. I have another dozen or so canvas prints coming in & will definitely sign up with Willard for Round II. Reliable, patient pros who "work clean" (no mess, no damage) and never seemed rushed. Good people.
